THE FOUNDING STORY
Six days in an 85-degree house
In March 2026, the AC unit in the house one of our founders shared with two roommates quit completely. They did the obvious thing — they called a company to come fix it. No one answered.
They couldn't even reach anyone to schedule until the next day, and the soonest appointment was a full week out. So they waited. Six days in a house sitting at 85 degrees — miserable, and entirely because a phone went unanswered.
Both founders were on a call together through the whole ordeal, and that's where the idea started: the business didn't lose them because the work was bad — it lost them because nobody picked up. If a company could answer every call and book the job automatically, no customer would ever be left waiting. So they built Auxflo.
